Privacy Policy.
Last updated: July 17, 2026 (draft)
1. Who we are
MLogTech provides delivery management software. For data you submit on this website (for example, the demo or contact forms), MLogTech is the controller. For operational data our customers process through the platform (their customers' names, addresses, signatures), the customer is the controller and MLogTech is a processor acting on instructions.
2. Data we collect on this website
- Contact details you send us: name, work email, phone, message content.
- Operational context you volunteer, such as fleet size or delivery volume.
- Technical basics needed to serve the site, such as IP address in server logs.
This site does not run advertising trackers.
3. What we use it for
- Responding to demo and contact requests (legitimate interest / pre-contract steps).
- Providing and securing the service for customers (contract).
- Meeting legal obligations, such as accounting records (legal obligation).
4. Data in the platform
Delivery records processed through MLogTech (addresses, proof of delivery, driver locations during shifts) are processed on behalf of the customer that operates the account, under data processing terms. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer operational data for purposes other than providing the service.
5. Retention
Website inquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and reasonable follow-up. Platform data is retained while the account is active and deleted or returned after termination, subject to legal retention duties.
6. Sharing
We share data with the service providers needed to run the product (such as cloud hosting), under contracts that restrict their use of it. We do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Write to support@mlogtech.com and we will respond within the statutory period. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
8. Security
Practices are described on the security page: encryption in transit, access control, backups and responsible disclosure.
9. Changes
We will post updates to this policy here, with the date above. Material changes affecting customers will be communicated directly.
